As part of the three-day Autorama event, the Miss Autorama Pinup Girl Contest crowned a new group of beauties. This year's celebration of classic cars was held February 26-28, 2016 at Cobo Center.

Santa Speedo Run Every winter for the past eight years, brave souls in the Detroit area freeze for a mile in just speedos and Santa hats while running along Woodward Ave. from Campus Martius. The event is a fundraiser run by Halo Detroit to benefit local charities.
