42nd Annual Glass Show

The Michigan Depression Glass Society will host their 42nd show and sale on November 1st and 2nd at the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center in Dearborn. The show will feature nearly two-dozen dealers from across the country selling all American-made glassware from the early 1900s into the 1960s. In addition to shopping dealer booths, attendees will also be able to walk down “memory lane” on a 1940s Woodward Avenue, glimpsing at displays of glass that recreate windows of popular Detroit shops - JL Hudson's department store, SS Kresge's dime store, Sander's confections, Vernors soda fountain and Woolworth's five-and-dime.
