2016 Open Competition of Michigan Artists

The Alfred Berkowitz Gallery at the University of Michigan-Dearborn is proud to present the juried exhibition for its 2016 Open Competition. This exhibition showcases and celebrates thirty-seven Michigan artists and displays artwork in a wide variety of media and styles including paintings, drawings, photography, sculpture, collage, glass, and mixed media works. The Berkowitz is pleased to support and encourage Michigan artists with this annual exhibition and to share these remarkable works with the campus and greater community. Renowned local artist Fred Birkhill served as the juror for this year’s competition. Complimentary hors d’oeuvres and beverages provided.
