11 criminally-underrated spots to spend Sweetest Day in metro Detroit

Most of us are in agreement that Sweetest Day is essentially BS, invented by Big Candy to push sweets. In fact, if you're not from Detroit, Cleveland, or parts of the Northeast, you've probably never heard of this pseudo holiday. Still, maybe you just want an excuse to stuff your sweetheart's face (and let's face yours as well) with all manner of chocolate, pastries, and other goodies. We won't judge you for it. Here are a few low key ideas to observe this Sweetest of days without going overboard.
