These coney kits come with 12 American Coney Island natural casing franks, a dozen Dearborn buns, the restaurant's signature chili, a sweet onion, instructions, and a hat. These kits can be shipped to anywhere in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, and are just plain fun. Gentleman's Box

$25 per month or $275 per year

Gentleman's Box is a brand-new monthly subscription company that's based right here in metro Detroit. It's a perfect gift if your guy enjoys savvy accessories like polka-dot dress socks, plaid bow ties, fashionable tie clips, facial care products, and a monthly copy of GQ magazine. Every month, the boxes come with an assortment of different products, all hand-selected by the company's owners, and each month the items will reflect the style and class of a certain iconic gentleman. Though not all the products are from Michigan companies, subscribers will occasionally see a local brand or two. Givers can purchase three, six, and 12-month subscriptions of Gentleman's Box and have it shipped to the home of the recipient.

This monthly subscription service features all Michigan-made food products, taking the guesswork out of figuring out what's good to give, receive, and most importantly, eat. We've seen everything from McClary Brothers drinking vinegars to 313 Foodie Sauce to Sweet Jams to McClure's potato chips inside these carefully curated packages, and the roster changes every month. Mitten Crate also has a partnership with Gleaners Community Food Bank, so with every box received, you know you're also helping those in need. Cherry Republic

$34 and up

Give the gift of Michigan cherries this Christmas and have it shipped while you're at it. Cherry Republic offers gift baskets that start at $34 and come with a variety of cherry candies, birch bark, chocolate-covered cherries, nut mix, and more. Cherry Republic also makes BBQ sauce, ketchup, salsa, cherry wood bowls, and cherry soap, as well as wine, pop, and juice. Pro tip: You can also order many of their products by the case, which means you can distribute them at family Christmas parties, as well as office holiday shindigs.

Murdick's Fudge

$7 and up

If you can't make it to Mackinac Island (it gets pretty cold in the winter there anyway) to see this fudge being made in-shop, then having it shipped this Christmas is the next best thing. Murdick's flavors are by no means the traditional chocolate and peanut butter. Instead you can expect award-winning flavors honey butter fudge, Michigan maple walnut, chocolate sweet black cherry, and double chocolate caramel sea salt. Mail order gift boxes start at $30, and you can create your own. They start shipping Dec. 1.

Just Baked Cupcakes

$22 and up

Want to send sweet treats this holiday season but don't feel like doing the baking? Just Baked, a locally owned cupcake shop, knows how to whip up a mini confection and top it with sugary frosting and get them to your loved ones just in time for the holidays. This confectionery does wonderful things with sugar and flour, including creating intricate, mini masterpieces, full cakes, and cookies. You can order online and ship them to anywhere in the lower 48 states, though out-of-state shipping does require an order of at least a dozen cupcakes. They also deliver locally and offer in-store pickup. There's a $14 delivery fee that applies to orders of three dozen cupcakes or fewer for local deliveries, and orders must be placed by 1:30 p.m. the day before to be received by noon the following day.
