Once in a generation does a band come along that completely changes the way we experience music. The Beatles. Nirvana. Ashlee Simpson's Saturday Night Live performance. And the Lonely Island.

The comedic trio behind classics "I'm On a Boat" (feat. T- Pain) and "I Just Had Sex" (feat. Akon) and "Jack Sparrow" (feat. Michael Bolton) are hitting the road for their first major tour 10 years after Andy Samberg, Akiva Schaffer, and Jorma Taccone unleashed their debut record, Incredibad.

Following the band's first-ever full-length live concert last year, the Lonely Island will embark on a limited U.S. tour this summer making a stop in Detroit on Wednesday, June 26 at the Fox Theatre.

Tickets ($35+) go on sale starting Friday, March 1 at 10 a.m. and can be purchased by visiting 313Presents.com.

Never forget that the Lonely Island once rhymed "Suck my own dick" with
"eat some chicken strips." Watch the tour announcement below.
