Leave it to Frankenmuth retro-rockers and recent Metro Times cover dudes Greta Van Fleet to harness the powers of cloaked wizards and a friggin' digital aurora borealis with a touch of Urban Outfitters summer catalog for their latest video for "When The Curtain Falls."

The single, which the flower-power wielding foursome released last month, has already amassed eight-million streams and received a standing ovation during the song's television debut on the Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon. The companion video, released today, is sure to enchant the many who have sippeth the GVF Kool-Aid.

Directed by Benjamin Kutsko, the visual effects artist behind The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and Iron Man, and shot in the desert of Southern California, "When The Curtain Falls" is a watered-down celestial trip through the bohemian psychedelia GVF has so charmingly revived.

We've got wizards, a jewel-eyed sorceress, a rainbow-colored solar eclipse worthy of some Etsy wall-art, and shredding. Lots of shredding. Oh! Don't forget the freaky-ass mountain halo and some classic facial contortions from ferocious lead singer Jake Kiszka.

Watch the mystic video below.
