'Empress of Soul' Gladys Knight will perform at the Fox Theatre with The O'Jays

No need to take the "Midnight Train to Georgia" to catch a glimpse of the "Empress of Soul" — Gladys Knight is teaming up with The O'Jays for a night of sultry Motown soul in the heart of Detroit.

The 73-year-old, seven-time Grammy Award-winning singer, songwriter, and actress has landed No. 1 hits across pop, gospel, R&B, and adult contemporary genres. Knight will celebrate her triumphant career alongside "Love Train" singers The O'Jays at the Fox Theatre on August 26.



Tickets can be purchased here starting Friday, May 4 at 10 a.m. and start at $49.50.
