After months of cross our fingers and toes, French indie rockers Phoenix have finally announced a show in Detroit at the Fillmore on Wednesday, October 11.

Phoenix released their sixth studio album, Ti Amo, earlier this summer to rave reviews, along with a string of shows and some festival appearances. The entire record sounds like a summer spent vacationing on a yacht in the Mediterranean Sea, if that makes any sense at all. Take a listen to lead single "J-Boy" below.

Tickets go on sale this Friday, July 28 at 10 a.m. You can grab them here.

Now go forth and listen to Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix and remember that this album changed the course for indie rock forever.
