The Erykah Badu concert at Chene Park is coming this Friday and being able to witness her musical talent has already created exciting anticipation. But, this is more than just a concert. From every ticket sold, $5 will be donated to organizations that raise money to test the sexual assault kits in Detroit that have gone untouched. Doubling as a great time and a fight for justice, the Erykah Badu concert promises to be amazing.

Friday, August 12, doors at 8 p.m.; Chene Park, 2600 Atwater St., Detroit; chenepardetroit.com; $41-$100
