Just announced: The second 'J Dilla Weekend,' in Miami, FL on Feb. 5-7: DJ Premier, Slum Village and more

Check out that flyer; this looks like a lot of fun. If you're independently wealthy, have a good chunk of airline miles saved up, or are unfortunate to already live in Florida (I feel you; I endured eight long years down there, myself), then you might be into heading to this event. The lineup and early bird tickets were just made available yesterday, on the Dillatronic website.

In case you worry that their marketing skills aren't up to snuff, there is a special hat that you get if you're one of the first 500 people to sign up. Several lines of copy are devoted to said hat, which has a snap button on it. A standard ticket for the event is $70, a deluxe one is $100.
Ma Dukes presents the second annual J Dilla Weekend in Miami, FL. If you attended the inaugural event last year, you know this one-of-a-kind festival features performances from high-profile artists and DJs, producer panels, BBQs, meet and greets, and other events celebrating the life and legacy of the late, great producer J Dilla.

Next year's celebration will take place from February 5th - February 7th 2016 in the Wynwood section of Miami, FL. Order your tickets now for a special early-bird deal. Early bird tickets include guaranteed access to all events and concerts before they sell-out. Full artist lineup and locations TBA soon.

The deluxe package includes an all-access ticket plus an exclusive New Era x Dilla Weekend snap back limited edition hat (limited to 500). This exclusive hat is only available in this ticket package, and only to the first 500 customers.
