On Tour: Jay-Z

Posted By on Wed, Jan 8, 2014 at 8:00 AM

Musician or businessman? Emcee Jay-Z or Mr. Beyoncé Knowles? It’s probably fair to say that he’s all of the above — and more. To some, Jay-Z is about as interesting as a Lions game when there’s no hope of the playoffs, but his success is undeniable; some publications even rank him as one of the greatest rappers of all time. We’re not so sure, but he’s certainly earned a fortune through his music, as well as other ventures. (With a reported net worth of $500 million, he probably doesn’t a give a shit if you like him or not.)
