City Slang: Brew Detroit on Saturday

This Saturday, August 24, 89X and 93.9 The River presents the inaugural Brew Detroit at the Fillmore, an event they are calling the “ultimate beer experience.”

According to the press release, “The inaugural “Brew Detroit” event will showcase more than 60 brews from across the world alongside the best in local cuisine! This is not just another beer tasting but a true event for the REAL beer drinker! Brew Detroit will be held Friday, August 24 from 6p-11p at The Fillmore Detroit.
Music will be provided by Christina from the 89X Time Warp Show and Gnyp from 93.9 The River and special LIVE musical guests appearing throughout the day. 93.9 The River and 89X will be on hand with on-air talent making appearances throughout the day.

Tickets are $45 a pop, and they include 10 four-ounce beer samples.
