City Slang: Katie Grace gets into the Christmas spirit with WDET

Katie Grace will perform on WDET’s Christmas program, airing on December 23 at 3 p.m., Christmas Eve at 2 p.m., and Christmas Dat at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.

They say, “Detroit's best bad girl will be a featured artist at Small's Holiday Jam on Sunday, December 23 at 10:00 pm, 8 p.m. doors. She will play in the middle slot of this night that features the rock bands Grayling and The High Life. She will preview new songs and old favorites in both solo and band performances. Small's Bar is located at 10339 Conant in Hamtramck. Bar: 313-873-1117, 21& over patrons, cover $6.”

“Katie is also a guest performer at The Sights' The Christmas Waltz at the Magic Stick on December 27th at 9 p.m. Sights frontman Eddie Baranek is getting past members of The Sights and other musicians that he performed with over the years to join them for a few songs of their choice. Katie will be performing two of her songs that she co-wrote with Eddie, "Not Welcome Here No More" and "Black Train" at the show.”
