City Slang: Amy Gore Thanksgiving Eve show

Posted By on Sat, Nov 17, 2012 at 11:30 PM

Amy Gore & Her Valentines will play a show this coming Wednesday, November 21, Thanksgiving Eve, at the Magic Bag in Ferndale. The bill is completed by Class Three Overbite, the High Strung and Almost Free.

They say, “Amy Gore and her Valentines have pure Detroit pedigrees in spades – their musical backgrounds give them the chops they need to rock, but it’s the on stage synchronicity that drives the band. After playing together for a year, they've released their new album In Love to unanimous raves from folks like Blurt Magazine, Powerpopaholic, Lincoln Journal Star, the Metro Times and many others.”

As if that isn’t enough, the new video for the song “Fine Without You” can be seen here.
