The Sights Tour Diary Entry No. 3: Roadside Diner Food Will Pack on the Chub. Meanwhile, while the rhythm section sleeps...

It's been brought to my attention that my sedentary lifestyle (slothing in a van for 3 days across the U.S.) has brought my tour weight up. I am sure this wasn't a problem for Lewis & Clark, but then again, I don't have to wrestle with animals I've never seen before (besides our drummer Skip) and I don't have to eat twigs and berries to survive.

Actually, I just might have to pare down to twigs and berries -- I gained 4 pounds in two and a half days! Kids, don't try this at home. But the inner triathlete in me has taken some measures to ensure I get back to fighting weight.

So until I get this weight issue under control, I am going to have to step away from the blahg scene for a day and hit the pavement, the pebble, and the pool.
