City Slang: Matt Dmits releases EP at Lager House

Singer/songwriter Matt Dmits will play a release show for his Bury With My Guitar EP at the Lager House on Saturday, May 19. The bill also includes Doop & the Inside Outlaws and Pat V & the Detroit 3.

According to the press release, “Matt Dmits is a Detroit native who has been playing music for local audiences for the past ten years. He is an original member of the Inside Outlaws songwriting collective, a local group of songwriters who collaborate on each others songs and performances. Matt can also be found playing guitar in the alt-country roots rock band Doop & The Inside Outlaws.”

The EP was recorded at Ghetto Recorders studio with Jim Diamond. Musicians appearing on the CD include Ty Stone, Don “Doop” Duprie, Katie Grace, Vinnie Dombroski, and Matt Van.
