Ro Spit on a Billboard for New Detroit Initiative

Posted By on Fri, Jan 14, 2011 at 12:23 PM

This is clearly starting off to be a good month for Michigan rapper Ro Spit. Just last week, we blogged about his new music video, and as of yesterday, there's a massive billboard with his face plastered on it downtown. I actually snapped the photo above this morning on Woodward Avenue just north of the Hockeytown building.

That certainly isn't a bad look for Ro Spit who is currently being featured in the city's new "I'm a Believer" campaign which Mayor Bing officially launched today. Head to Ro's clothing store, Burn Rubber, to congratulate him or give him shit about it! He'll be happy either way as long as you buy something. Check out a free stream of his 2010 project, A Different Arrangement, below if you're not familiar.
