With all the worthy shows happening around town this weekend, a very worthy one for a very worthy cause has gotten buried in the shuffle.

The Friendly Foes will be headlining a benefit/fundraiser tomorrow night, April 4th, for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society at the Bullfrog in Redford. Also on the bill are Copper Thieves, the Callbacks, Shoe, Rouge Satellites, Afternoon Round and Makkafroi.

Doors at 7 p.m. Suggested donation is $10, which since it's for charity, is also a tax deduction.

Yeah, the Friendly Foes are playing the next day at that Motor City Rock Revue thang (which certainly hasn't been buried in the shuffle), along with Deastro, who's headlining the FiveThreeDialtone record release shindig at the Pike Room in Pontiac tomorrow night...but, again, this is a very worthy if you happen to be close to Redford tomorrow night...

The Bullfrog is at 15414 Telegraph Road, Redford; 313-533-4477.

Oh, yeah. And GO SPARTANS!!
