City Bird is bigger and better than ever

Posted By on Sat, Dec 20, 2014 at 10:18 AM

City Bird, a now five-year-old boutique in Midtown, has recently gone through a huge expansion. In fact, they've increased their square footage by about 50 percent. On Thursday, the shop unveiled the fruits of the construction during a special celeration.

With all the new space, they're able to feature even more local artisans. They've got more jewelry, housewares, cards, apparel, and accessories than ever before!

For those who often frequent the store, the added space will be much appreciated. The former space was rather small, especially during peak shopping times. Not only will more products be added, but patrons will have room to shop without scooting around other customers.

City Bird and its sister store Nest can be found at 460 W. Canfield across from Shinola and next door to Motor City Brewing Works.
