Judge Mathis and LA Clippers' Jamal Crawford will be handing out turkeys to local students tomorrow

Posted By on Mon, Nov 24, 2014 at 2:52 PM

Tomorrow, at the Mathis Community Center, Detroit's Judge Greg Mathis (You may know him from the Judge Mathis show on WKBD) will be giving away Thanksgiving turkeys to teenagers to take home to their families. On top of the turkey handouts, Judge Mathis will also welcome Jamal Crawford, the L.A. Clippers' all-star guard, who will be passing out the birds and chatting up metro Detroit students from 4 to 6 p.m.

Folks can help the cause by donating $15 to feed one family, $30 to feed two families, $40 for three, and $50 to feed four families this Thanksgiving. Judge Mathis will match all donations.

Attendees must pre-register for the event. To do so call 313-342-8582. The Mathis Community Center is located at 19300 Greenfield Rd., Detroit. For more info, click here
