Sugar House turns 3 tomorrow

Posted By on Mon, Oct 6, 2014 at 3:44 PM

Sugar House, Detroit's poster child for the craft cocktail movement, will celebrate three years in business tomorrow. And while you were probably expecting some stuffy, pretentious party where the men wear suspenders and the women dress only in black, the establishment will actually be throwing an '80s-themed party where guests will get 10 percent off their bill for dressing the part.

The party is being sponsored by spirits and wine distributors Brown Forman and Fernet-Branca. There will be a Fernet bike giveaway at 10 p.m.

The party starts at 5 p.m. at 2130 Michigan Ave., Detroit.
