Posted By on Mon, Sep 15, 2014 at 1:29 PM

Tony-award winning musical Annie is coming to the Fisher Theatre and in celebration of the title character's special relationship with a terrier named Sandy, Broadway in Detroit is helping to raise money for furry friends at the Michigan Humane Society.

Tickets purchased for the 7:30 p.m. showing on Saturday, Sept. 27 will be discounted $10, and another $10 of the ticket price will go to MHS when the promo code FRIEND is used. Tickets can be purchased over the phone at 1-800-982-2787 or online at ticketmaster.com or broadwayindetroit.com. A special fundraising event will be held during this showing as well. MHS will have information on all their programs available and Treat Dreams will be on hand with their Annie & Sandy Smile flavor, a new concoction made just for the event.
