Delightful 1970s Commercial Shows Why DIA is the Best Damn Art Institute Around

It's no secret that the DIA is a beacon of culture and knowledge for Detroiters and Americans alike, but this commercial, filmed in 1976, gives us a welcome reminder that the DIA is, in fact, one of the best damn art institutes in the country.

Enjoy this trip down DIA memory lane, to a time when breaking out in song in a museum was considered normal and all you needed in your day were some bell bottoms and some Van Gogh.
