You can now buy 'definitely not authentic' shirts with that wacky Detroit Tigers logo on them

Earlier this week, Dee's Barber Shop charmed local baseball fans with the "horrible and hilarious" rendition of the Tigers logo painted on its storefront windows. (Note: For what it's worth, as the de facto arts editor here at MT, I think the painting is beautiful.)

It was only a matter of time before some entrepreneurial spirit cashed in and started selling shirts. And now you can pick up a blue and white baseball T emblazoned with a logo based on the painting, rendered "Dertroit Beisbolcats" no doubt for legal purposes. The entrepreneurial spirit is Jeff Arcel, better known for his graphic work for Urinal Cake and Western Where Records.

According to Arcel:

"Another joke gone too far, much like my life. Buy it before I get the pants sued off me. Printed on a White/Navy American Apparel baseball raglan. Soft and lightweight, unisex. It will probably look good on that weird body of yours.

Please allow about 2 weeks for shipping."

Snag one before the whole thing gets shut down. ¡Go beisbolcats!
