Getting personal

Nike has its create-your-own shoe line, ID, but the sport-outfitting giant isn’t the only corporation on the virtual block that knows how to get personal. The Levi’s Web site features the Levi’s Original Spin jeans, which allow shoppers to define their trousers style, too. For a reasonable $45, buyers can custom order low-cut, relaxed, classic, cargo pants or tradesman pants. The next step is to select a custom fit, color and fabric. From sunwashed chino to black-out corduroy, Levi offers a wide range of options. All that’s left is choice of size, leg opening type and fly. It’s easy, but you won’t be able to get these made-to-order dungarees on-line. In Michigan, you can order and pick up your Levi’s Original Spins at the Original Levi’s Store at the Somerset Collection in Troy. Are your favorite jeans in your future? Find out at www.levi.com or call the store at 248-816-1792.
