On Wednesday, November 4 Will Leather Goods will open to the public. The high-end, Oregon-based retailer set up shop inside the old Tomboy Supermarket in Midtown and will be peddling $500 handbags, $640 rugs, $160 wallets, and $55 shoe horns, among other things, to local shoppers.

The store joins the neighborhood's other high-end shops, namely Shinola and Willy's, to make a trifecta of somewhat outrageously expensive showrooms. But hey, if someone's buying this stuff, more power to them.

Will Adler, owner and creative mastermind behind Will Leather Goods, is a Detroit native, though he's lived on the West Coast for quite some time. According to a press release, he's excited to bring a branch of his beloved brand to his hometown.

The 9,000 square foot shop is located at 4120 Second Avenue in Detroit.
