The Dirty Show is having a birthday. Do you know what that means? A proper spanking!

Now in its 20th year, Jerry Vile’s international erotic art returns for back-to-back weekends (plus a special Valentine’s Day showing) of burlesque performances by Perle Noire, Jett Adore, Roxi D’Lite, Chris Harder, and headliner Dannie Diesel (aka Danielle Colby from American Pickers). The festival will also see the return of the Cinerotic Film Festival, a spanking booth, and the Daddy Hole, a pop-up leather daddy bar.

Of course, there will be plenty of titillating paintings, photos, sculptures, and other odes to erotica, in just about any medium you can imagine. Oh, also: Longtime metro Detroit surrealist pop-art painter Glenn Barr will serve as the Dirty Show’s featured artist.

The Dirty Show runs from 7 p.m.-2 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 8, Saturday, Feb. 9, Thursday, Feb. 14, Friday, Feb. 15, and Saturday, Feb. 16; 1600 Clay St., Detroit; dirtydetroit.com; 21+; General admission tickets are $40, VIP packages available starting at $100.
