All Dolled Up: Bethany Shorb's look may be monochromatic, but certainly not boring

Bethany Shorb is the lady behind Cyperoptix Tie Lab and Well Done Goods. This steampunk boss doesn't just make other people look great with her dual lines of amazing accessories, though; she also has quite the fashion sense herself. A lover of black and white, stripes, and straight lines, Shorb has a style that might be monochromatic, but it certainly isn't boring.

Though she's known for making ties, Shorb is an artist of other mediums, as well. She recently created a skull for Imperial's Dia de los Muertos party and charity auction, and she's had some of her work shown at the Red Bull House of Art.

Shorb lives in Detroit with her cat, Rozwell, who is as handsome as he is sweet. When she isn't spending 15 hours a day at work, she enjoys dressing Roswell up in cat-sized ties.
