From catchy three-minute tunes to explosive ten-minute jams, South Normal is taking rock music back to its roots and beyond. Led by the soulful pipes of lead singer and guitarist Nathan Mackinder, along with the intense drive of drummer Shannon Boone, the timely melodic basslines of Jeremy Mackinder and Ben Vermeylen’s heavy-hitting guitar licks, an extraordinary sound is unleashed. The band is currently promoting their latest album Emotion Picture, produced by Michael Lutz (Brownsville Station, Ted Nugent), and are actively working on new tracks for future releases."
