Sensory Storytime

Sensory storytimes are geared for children ages 12 and under who have a hard time in large groups, are on the autism spectrum, or are sensitive to sensory overload. You do not need to register but these storytimes are first-come, first-served, and limited to 12 families. Activities include movement activities, arts and crafts, play with accessible toys, songs, rhymes, and stories. Even though the program is designed with children with special needs in mind, the program activities would be engaging and entertaining for the whole family regardless of ability.
