Maxies Deli has been under new management since early March of 2000. New co-owner Marianne Alanisi emphasizes that they’ve kept most of the stuff people like about Maxies, and added new features and friendly service. All-time popular sandwiches and dishes such as chicken kebabs, cheeseburgers and spaghetti are still on the menu. New specialty items, such as barbequed roast beef, are created and prepared by chefs David Melton and Kevin Sanders. Breakfast, lunch and dinner items are served all day. They welcome suggestions on anything, from their menu items and service to their decor. Carryout service is available; delivery and catering service will be coming soon.
