Uncork for Charity — This weekend is the ninth annual Detroit Uncorked wine tasting benefit for the Children’s Center. A fresh cup — Organic tea company Eli Tea, jumpstarted by Wayne State student Elias Majid, plans to make its products available in additional retail spaces this year. The brand’s first tea debuted 10 months ago, and now the tea, which comes in about 30 different varieties, including Traverse City Cherry Festival Tea and Detroit Detroit.
