Aerobic Exercise isn't just for suburban moms and tortured gym goers. Exercise is for everyone, and it doesn't have to suck. The Aerobics Underground is a class hosted every Saturday at 2pm at the Trumbullplex. Each class features cardio (high and low-impact), strength/resistance, and yoga stretch cooldowns, all set to a soundtrack of pop, hip-hop, punk, hardcore, and electronica. No experience is necessary, and all skill levels are accepted and appreciated. This class is free, but donations are encouraged.
