    Hot Chocolate Run is a 5k, 10k, 15k run that helps raise money for the Special Olympics. This winter themed run rewards finishers with a medal, hot chocolate, chocolate fondue and dippables and a festive post race party.

    Abayomi CDC invites families to Self-Care Sunday on April 21st, 1 PM - 5 PM! This free, monthly event offers fitness classes, workshops, and resources for well-being. Local vendors and community partners will participate, supporting Abayomi's mission to empower youth and families. Activities includes yoga, mindfulness, family fitness, nutrition education, breathwork, senior games, youth basketball, hip-hop Zumba, arts, CPR, and first aid training.
